While doing payment include item Value + shipping charges 

For Ex: 500gm = Rs 185 + Rs 45 (shipping charges) Total Payable Amount Rs 230/-

               1Kg = Rs 360 + Rs 45  Total Payable Amount Rs 405/-

               2Kg = Rs 720 + Rs 45 Total Payable Amount Rs 765/-

               3kg = Rs 1080 (Free Delivery)
